- Gain an understanding of the issues involved and defining requirements.
- Brainstorming solutions.
- Pursuing feasibility of options via ‘white board’ discussions and preliminary analysis.
- Selecting a course of action that best meets the requirements.
Design and Analysis Iteration
- Create preliminary design options.
- Focused design and analysis of selected design approach.
- Complete detail design and analyses.
- Creation of final CAD design, document analyses, and creation of drawings.
Prototyping, Testing, and Creation
- Assist customer with a prototype build using current documentation.
- Assist customer with assembly of prototype parts and drawing revisions.
- Assist customer with test plans and testing.
- Update analysis models and develop final documentation.
